Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must meet all of the following criteria before enrolling in the RUTE course.
Valid Certificate in Relevant Course
Must already hold a valid certificate in the relevant training equipment course, such as PSCRB or survival craft training.
Valid Indian Passport & INDOS Number
A valid Indian passport and a registered INDOS (Indian National Database of Seafarers) number are mandatory for all applicants.
CDC (Continuous Discharge Certificate)
A valid Continuous Discharge Certificate (CDC) is required as proof of seafarer service and identity.
